The Village of Westchester is seeking sealed Bids for MULTI-SEASON
LAWN MAINTENANCE to be performed at various locations throughout the Village of Westchester, Illinois.
Bids will be opened at the Village Hall on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 10:30am. The accepted Bid will be awarded by the Village of Westchester on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
The 2026-2028 Lawn Maintenance Program consists of providing lawn mowing and other lawn maintenance services for 33 various locations throughout the Village of Westchester for three seasons. Each season shall run from April to November of each respective year, as specified within the Official Bid Form. It is the intent of the Village to award the contract to the lowest qualified bid based on a review of the qualifications of interested firms to provide lawn maintenance of the Village property in accordance with the specifications stated herein.
