The Village of Westchester, Illinois (“Village”) is requesting proposals from qualified
ecological restoration and landscape vendors to provide invasive woody species removal,
site preparation, and installation of native trees, shrubs, and ground cover within the
public parkway located at the north end of Wedgwood Drive at Norfolk Avenue,
Westchester, Illinois.
